Recipe Monday - Sheet Pan Steak


I don't know about you guys, but right now Zach and I don't have the luxury of having a gas grill at the moment and it is the rainy season. So I wanted to try to cook steak in the oven and see how it would taste. It was a SUCCESS!

I was pleasantly surprised at how well it cooked in the oven, and it was so easy!

Prep Time: 15 min

Cook Time: 30 min

Total Time: 45 min

Ingredients:

  • 2 (1 in thick) top sirloin

  • Garlic Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • 2 tbs butter

  • 1/2 tsp Dill Weed

  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary Leaves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to broil

  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper, to taste, and place onto baking sheet

  3. Place into oven and broil until the steak is browned and charred at the edges, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  4. While cooking the steaks melt Butter, Dill Weed, and Rosemary.

  5. Spread over both sides of steak.
