It's the beginning of December and it's already snowed here in Logan--which means I'm getting out my Hot Cocoa. My mom and I both do this every winter because her and I absolutely love hot chocolate whenever we get home from work, school, or any other time really. It's my favorite way to get warm and cozy during the holidays.

First thing Zach and I do is pick out our favorite flavor. Besides the traditional milk chocolate, Zach loves white chocolate and I love Candycane Cocoa! We will always have those on hand and the traditional hot chocolate we'll put in a big glass jar.

After that we'll add any extras or favorites we have into mini jars. I like candy canes to mix and stir, and marshmallows and whip cream on top. YUM! My mom has all of these and adds a jar of Heath Toffee bits, which are also delicious in hot cocoa!

And VOILA! you have the perfect hot chocolate tray and it's always ready for friends and guests when they stop by, so you don't have an excuse to not invite them in.
