Recipe Monday - Healthy Lemon Baked Chicken

Total Time: 30 min
This is a super easy and healthy recipe if you need a quick dinner and don't have time to prep.
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbs butter (or you can use Pan Spray)
4 tbs of lemon juice
2 tsp of garlic salt (or just garlic)
1/2 tsp of Rosemary
1/2 tsp of Parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a baking sheet.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook chicken 2-3 minutes on each side just until browned. Transfer chicken to the baking sheet.
Season Chicken with lemon juice, garlic salt, Rosemary, Parsley, and Pepper.
Bake 20-30 minutes (closer to 20 for smaller chicken breasts, closer to 30 for larger) until chicken is cooked through. Every 5-10 minutes rotate the chicken
Garnish with fresh rosemary and lemon slices if desired and serve
I always try to add vegetables as at least one of our sides.
