Can I just say how much I love Carnival Cruise Line! It is my favorite! I love the food, and of course the soft serve ice cream we ate every day-multiple times a day! The more formal dinners are the best! This cruise to Ensenada was a work incentive trip for my husband Zach. I was lucky enough to get to tag along with some of the other wives! It was a 3 day cruise- 1 day at sea, 1 day in Ensenada, and another day at sea. I think I prefer 4-6 day cruises over the short 3 day cruise. Western Caribbean cruises also tend to be much warmer and you're able to sunbathe more comfortably on the deck by the pool. However we did have a great time! For those of you who don't know me well, I am a very very picky eater. I try to be a little adventurous when we go on cruises because the formal dinners are AMAZING and I don't necessarily feel as bad if I don't like something! My favorite food I tried on this cruise was the Escargot-I actually liked it! Surprising...I know!

The best way to travel in large groups in Ensenada is, of course, ATVs!
As a group, we ventured out to the Ensenada blowhole which had incredibly beautiful views! What a fun activity with awesome people to boot!
